Starting this year at 9 am at the facility was welcomed by the Secretary General of the Costa Rican Federation of Athletics Vernon Prof. Hilarion delivered documentation of the course by Miss Rosa Sanchez Secretary of the Federation.
In the evening, the work in the field was supervised, and it end at 17:30 hours with a magnificent performance.

The second day (Tuesday 20) activities starting at 9 am, they goes to the province of Cartago (25 km from San Jose) to road test, in the same place where would be held the I Central America Walk Championships (24 of March).
Such measurement is given in order to certify the course. At 12:30 pm that is measured and certified course in 500 m, it being completed.

After completing the course I had a meeting with the different participants which made me observations in order to improve in the coming events of this nature, I present the following:

A- The time to complete the theoretical part should be two days.
B-That the practice should be 4 hours.
C-More time on the final measurement with different scenarios in order to have more criteria in a future measurements.

It remains for me to thank the instructor Mr. Pedro Zapata, Regional Development Center (RDC) headed by Mr. Lenford Levy, to the Federations (Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama), my colleagues of the Costa Rican Athletics Federation and in particular Mr. Teddy Neville McCook for the approval, being the main purpose of Mr. McCook to have training in different areas of Athletics in Central America.
