IAAF - RDC

 The IAAF RDC San Juan continues to embrace development in the Region by providing the expert tools to maximize regional talent. On this occasion a High Performance High Jumps Seminar for female athletes and coaches was given to 10 coaches and athletes from; BAR, CAN, DMA, DOM, TRI by the IAAF experts and coaches Daniel St.  HIlaire (CAN) and Ricardo Guadarrama (PUR).
 
The athletes were selected based on results from regional meets with the minimal criteria of 1.70 mts to participate.

 
Unfortunately, not all the athletes identified were able to attend. Notwithstanding, after 5 days of training  and theory sessions the event finished with them participating in a local competition held at our partner University of Puerto Rico,  Rio Piedras Campus.
 
We trust that success will be forthcoming in the near future, through the efforts of this group in Regional and on the World Stage.
