XXI The New 2011 IAAF Coaches Education Certification System
In March 2007, the IAAF Development Commission meeting in Mombasa, Kenya approved a new structure for the global IAAF Coaches Education and Certification System, CECS, contributing to the present and future fulfilment of the objectives of the Athletics World Plan. It is a visionary and an aspirational concept with the new CECS structure being designed to align with and meet the criteria and objectives of the Athletics World Plan.
